General Conditons :
- Cancellation by the client. You or any member of your group may cancel your slot provided that the cancellation is sent to us over email by the person who made the original booking.
Period cancellation notice was received - Refund or Rescheduling granted to traveler
7 days or more before the tour - full refund of the amount paid or option to reschedule (subject to slot availability
less than 7 days before the tour - no refund of the amount paid and no option to reschedule - No-show policy. Failure to show up on time on the tour date means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the travel.
- Cancellation by TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures. TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures will not be responsible for any cancellation due to "force majeur" conditions such as, but not limited to, bad weather, earthquake, flood, volcanic eruptions, war, political unrest, recent terrorist attacks, military operations, local restrictions of the area and outbreak of a disease. As a consequence, no refund will be provided by TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures to the client if the cancellation happens the day of the tour. If TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures cancels the tour prior departure for any reason, you can either get a full refund or a reschedule (subject to slot availability).
- TRIPinas Travel and Tour Ventures reserves the right to refuse service to any person and to allow on board for any valid reasons such as rudeness, behavior liable to cause discomfort or inconvenience to other passengers or tour personnel. Bringing weapons and illegal drugs are prohibited on our tours. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on board. Guest who are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be allowed to board and will lead to forfeiture of any and all payments made to us.
